Whilst we are confident in the procedures we have put in place, as a precaution, we will be suspending all face-to-face services until the New Year. Our online/telephone services will not be affected.
Sadly, we have news that someone at the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre has tested positive for Covid-19 at the weekend.
Whilst we are confident in the procedures we have put in place, as a precaution, we will be suspending all face-to-face services until the New Year. Our online/telephone services will not be affected.
This has been a very difficult year, and this is not how we had hoped to finish the year. We apologise for the disappointment that this will cause, but the safety of our members, volunteers and staff is, and always will be, our top priority.
We would like to reassure our members that we have been following strict infection control measures and wearing PPE to protect both our MS and staff members.
The risk of transmission at the Centre is very low but we are taking these steps as a precaution. We will be following any instructions issued to us by Public Health England. In the unlikely event that anyone will need to follow further instructions, the NHS Track and Trace will be in contact directly.
We will be contacting people with appointments booked to ensure you have received this message. However, this will take some time.
