As you may know, we normally hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year in May or June. Due to the ongoing situation with Coronavirus, the safety and wellbeing of staff, members, volunteers and trustees of the Centre is our highest priority. Therefore it has been decided to again hold this year’s AGM online as a “virtual” meeting rather than at the Centre itself.
About this year's AGM
This year's AGM will be held online via Zoom on Thursday 17 June at 3pm. It is free to attend but please register your interest here.
Please be aware that only paid members are eligible to vote at the AGM. To find out more about becoming a member please visit our membership page
If you can't attend but have questions you want to ask please email them to our Centre Manager Pippa or Mark. You can 'send' a Proxy to vote on your behalf (subject to you being a paid member and we receive your Proxy Voting Form by 16 June).
What do I need to join?
Joining is really simple and you do not need special equipment.
All you need is a smartphone or computer with:
- a microphone (for questions)
- a camera (optional)
- It is essential to sign up so we can send out the joining information
