Online Classes
Below is a list of the online classes we currently offer.
Everyone attending an online class will require an assessment with one of our team to ensure you are attending the best class for you. This can either be online or in-person at the Centre.
Most people attend one or two classes a week. It is really important you do not do too much. If you feel you could benefit from more than two sessions a week or would like additional exercises, please talk to one of the team who can advise you on an at-home exercise programme or make other suggestions.
How to sign up
If you have attended the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre before and would like more information on our online exercise classes and availability please get in touch. Call us on 0118 901 6000 or email our Physiotherapy Manager, Anwen, at anwen@bmstc.org. Prior to attendance, a physiotherapy assessment will be completed (this could be at the Centre or online).
If you are new to the Centre, please contact us so we can arrange an introduction to how we work.
Costs
We would never turn away anyone with MS who needs our help but we ask for donations to help with the costs of the Centre. For more information please see how we are funded.
