Did you know we offer a specialist MS Tai Chi Class on a Thursday at the Centre from 12.45pm to 1.45pm?
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that brings together deep breathing, relaxation, and slow, graceful movements. As it is greatly based on technique, it does not require strength or flexibility.
