A Virtual Mindfulness Course for people living with MS

Mindfulness has been shown to help people cope better with chronic health conditions, including MS, and improve their quality of life.

This course will be delivered by Yvette Sargood who is a qualified mindfulness teacher, currently undertaking a MSc research project in Mindfulness and MS at Exeter University. Having MS means Yvette 'gets what it's like' living with the unpredictability and challenges of the condition. Yvette teaches mindfulness to patients living with chronic illness at Kings College Hospital, London. This course is free of charge, with a request that if you attend a course to make a donation to the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre if you are able. You'll need internet access to join the courses.
