We have an update from our Physiotherapy Manager, Anwen, about in-person classes at the Centre.
It is really nice to see so many people using the Centre once again. It really brings a sense of spirit to the place!
In addition to the online classes and one-to-one sessions, we are running group sessions in the gym. The timetable has changed since before the pandemic but if you haven’t made it back yet we are ready to welcome you.
