Update from BMSTC - 26 June 2020

26 June 2020

As I am writing this, there is an obscene heat but there may be a thunder storm by time you receive it! We know that for some of you the heat has a huge impact on your MS. The MS Society has asked its members for their top tips on how to manage the heat. It is a few years old but I am sure the same tips apply. We have brought you their advice on our blog, click here to read it

We need to say a huge thank you to everyone who completed our survey which we sent out last week. It has been very interesting to hear what you think and the questions you have. We have attempted to answer some of your questions and if you haven't completed the survey yet, we would really appreciate your feedback. Please click here to read some of our replies and for the link to the survey

It has been a busy week with news from the Government for those shielding and those not shielding alike. Click here to read our blog as we bring you a round-up of the guidance for people with MS

The physiotherapists bring you perhaps one of the most important articles to date: preventing falls. Click here to find out more

We are preparing for a Boars Bridge Festival like no other this week - online! Click here to find out more and find out how to join in the fun.

Please stay hydrated/cool/dry (as the weather dictates!)
