An update from BMSTC

We hope you all had a good week?

With Government guidelines becoming increasingly complex, we have put together a page of the best places to get up to date news for people with MS. This includes the MS Society, MS Trust, local councils, national Government guidelines and the NHS. You can find this page here: https://www.bmstc.org/blog/coronavirus-advice-people-ms. It will be pinned to the top of the blog list for as long as it is needed.

A huge thank you to everyone who has brought their tickets to the winter draw. A wonderful prize of £1,000 in John Lewis Vouchers is up for grabs – for further information and to buy your tickets visit https://www.bmstc.org/winterdraw2020

We are launching our next online mindfulness and relaxation class in November. Open to all those affected with MS, whether you have done mindfulness before or not. Find out more and sign up here: https://www.bmstc.org/blog/online-relaxation-and-mindfulness-class-starts-november

This week we also update you on our oxygen treatment, explaining why we have not been able to restart surface pressure oxygen yet. Read our update: https://www.bmstc.org/blog/oxygen-update

Many people find hot weather affects their MS but for others, it is the cold. Is this you? The MS Trust has put together information and some tips which you can read about here: https://www.bmstc.org/blog/ms-and-cold-weather

Lastly, if show online a hundreds of stores via Give As You Live, the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre will receive commission. In the lead up to Christmas, this is a simple and FREE way to support the Centre. Read all about it here: https://www.bmstc.org/blog/raise-money-us-everytime-you-shop-online

Have a good week,

Pip and the BMSTC team
