Update from BMSTC - 29 May

29 May 2020

Here we are, week something of 'lockdown' - to be honest I have lost track.

It has been a big week for announcements from the government as the guidelines for the majority of the population are loosened. However, for those who are shielding or classed as vulnerable, there has been no change. The MS Society, along with a number of other leading charities, are working together to make sure no one gets forgotten about and left behind.

We continue to work hard behind the scenes. Our counsellor Leigh is providing his next course, the physiotherapy team is bringing more classes online and we are preparing for our AGM. Thank you to everyone who has signed up so far. We continue to talk to the other Therapy Centres to discuss risk assessments, working towards the day when we can reopen the doors. We have no date in mind yet but we are monitoring the situation very carefully and look forward to when we can.

Please continue to stay safe and have a wonderful weekend.
