Wokingham Borough Council are signing up to the Social Care Future, 5 Key Changes. The 5 Key Changes have come about from consultation with people who use care services.
The 5 Key Changes are:
- Communities where everyone belongs
- Living in the place we call home
- Leading the lives we want to live
- More resources, better used
- Sharing power as equals
