Our friends at the Reading, Wokingham and Districts MS Society branch offer Hydrotherapy sessions at Royal Berkshire Hospital every Wednesday 5-6 p.m. & 6-7 p.m.

What is it?
Hydrotherapy is physiotherapy in a warm water pool. A physiotherapist works with you as you gently exercise in the pool.

What are the benefits?
Hydrotherapy makes physiotherapy much easier because the warm water relaxes taut muscles enabling you to do exercises that you could not do out of water. The water also bears your weight making your body feel lighter.
When and where is it?

The Branch runs courses lasting for six weeks in the hydro pool at The Royal Berkshire Hospital on Wednesday evenings. The sessions are proving so popular that we now run two sessions of one hour’s duration at 5 and 6pm.
