This week our exercises are designed to strengthen your upper limbs. Some of these exercises are described being done with weights but they can be done without too. It is really important that you don't overstretch yourself. Start smaller and build up the repetitions and if needed, the weights. If you are unsure, please speak to your physiotherapist or contact one of the team below.
