Exercises: Flexibility

Over the last few months, our physiotherapists have created exercise programmes targeting specific symptoms/areas of the body. There is a comprehensive list on our website (click here to visit them all) which you can look at any time but we will occasionally be featuring one of the exercises as inspiration. 

This time it is flexibility. It’s a good idea for everyone to stretch every day. It’s particularly important for people living with MS to have a regular stretching routine.
