If you have MS, you are eligible.
If you have MS, you’re eligible for a Disabled Persons Railcard. However, that information isn’t mentioned on the National Rail website. The MS Society has asked them to update their information and include MS in the eligibility criteria.
National Rail has now confirmed that if you have MS you’ll need to provide a letter from your hospital or neurologist confirming your MS diagnosis.
