We are thrilled to announce that our AGM guest speaker will be Paralympic gold medallist, Stephanie Millward MBE. Please note that the afternoon Physiotherapy, Tai Chi and the 1.30pm Oxygen Therapy are cancelled on this day to accommodate the meeting.

Campaigners from the Save the RBH Hydrotherapy Pool Campaign have warmly welcomed today's announcement from the hospital Chief Executive Steve McManus that plans to close the pool had been abandoned and that the hospital trust is " committed to the continuation of hydrotherapy provision, whether this is on the Royal Berkshire Hospital site or through alternative facilities off the site".

Talking functional electrical stimulation (FES) with Christine Singleton and Sarah Joiner

"Functional electrical stimulation (FES) is a treatment that applies small electrical charges to the leg to improve mobility if you have have difficulties with walking arising from damage in your brain or spinal cord. In this video we talk to our two trustees, Sarah Joiner who has MS herself and uses a FES device, and Christine Singleton, a clinical specialist physiotherapist."
