About Us

The Berkshire Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre (BMSTC) was established

• to provide a range of therapy treatments, guidance and support
• to encourage self-help
• to enable improved disease symptom management
• and to promote an enhanced quality of life for people with MS, their families and carers.

Centre Facilities

The centre is housed in a modern building which was specifically designed to provide several facilities with easy access for our members.

Reception and Relaxing Area

A relaxing area is available which includes 2 PCs with broadband Internet access.

Gymnasium

There is a large well equipped gymnasium, used principally for physiotherapy. Its state of the art equipment includes just about everything: high-tech standing machines, Motomed cycles, a tilt table, a treadmill, parallel bars, arm pulleys, multi-gym equipment, wobble boards, physio balls and simple mats.

Meeting and Therapy rooms

There is one small and one large meeting room and rooms for counselling and therapy. The large meeting room also serves as our IT training room.

Oxygen Chamber

A pressure chamber provides oxygen at high pressure (High Dosage Oxygen Treatment).
